Beginner Tai Chi for Health and Balance with Barb McAdams


Join RYT 200 and Tai Chi Instructor, Barb McAdams in this workshop series designed to be both and introduction and refresher course to the practice of Tai Chi. 

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise focusing on slow, gentle movement. It is low impact and safe for most ages and fitness levels. Tai Chi can improve your bone health, balance, heart health, respiratory/lung functioning, and more. Classes are 90 minutes. Please where comfortable clothing.
