We are excited to announce that we will again be a host site for LFFC CSA in the Summer AND Fall of 2021! If you enjoy local organic fruits and veggies as well as eggs, dairy, and meats from organic, grass fed, happy animals, then please consider signing up for a CSA share today! Your participation will help ensure that we are a viable host site.
Shares come in all shapes and sizes and can be customized to suit any taste or diet. They even offer gluten free and vegan options such as breads and locally produced tofu.

Join us every Fall for our annual November reception and fundraiser!
Join us every November for our annual reception and Fundraiser for our outreach programs! We are so grateful for our commUNITY and each November we love to get together and celebrate YOU! We have awesome raffle prizes donated by local businesses throughout the area. The money raised from the raffle helps us provide classes to those is need and also supports our outreach programs, including Yoga en Español and providing scholarship money for one of the students in our 200 hour YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) program!

2020 looked different and we weren’t able to celebrate in person. We missed you and hope you know how much we appreciate you. yoga en espanol with the garage youth center
Monthly classes offered to the commUNITY’s youth en Espanol!
We are partnering with The Garage Youth Center in West Grove and Kennett Square to bring you Yoga en Espanol! These classes are offered FREE of charge to the students and families who participate in the programs offered through The Garage Youth Center, as well as the staff.
Yoga has so many benefits and we are doing our best to bring this system of self care into the homes of all our friends and neighbors. If you have an interest in assisting with this program, please contact us. If you would like to donate to help fund this program, you can do so below.

The Light Within is committed to service and we actively seek out these opportunities within the community. One of our most exciting opportunities includes sharing yoga with our Latino and Spanish speaking population! We work with the Garage Youth Center to offer yoga to its students whenever we can. We have offered yoga to the community through partnership programs with the Avon Grove Library, community parks, and senior centers and organizations.
We also provide yoga to those who are not able to afford it or who might be experiencing a financial hardship. Our commUNITY card is there for those in need. We have extended the use of this card to our commUNITY members and we need your help to replenish it. In addition, each year, we also do our best to provide at the very minimum a half, if not full, scholarship for our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Some OMazing instructors have come out of our program and have also benefited from this scholarship. If you would like to help us sustain these programs, please consider donating.
