 The Light Within Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga classes and yoga-related events to greater West Grove Community. We are making some changes...NEW! Online class registration for The Light Within Yoga Studio now available! For those of you who have classes remaining on your cards at the studio, please use them up first! Click here to register! Happy Memorial Day weekend! The parade will be going through Saturday morning, so you GEL'ers may need to arrive a bit early to avoid traffic. Classes are on as scheduled for the weekend, but we will only be offering 2 classes on Monday: 8 a.m. MLA and 6:15 p.m. GEL (with plenty of options for a more gentle practice). Other announcements New to Yoga? We will be offering a workshop on June 9th from 1:00-3:00. All levels welcome! Please bring a journal or tablet, a towel, and get ready to dive in to an ancient, amazing, and life-changing system of self-care. The cost is just $15, and your first regular class will be free. You may register online here. Please see workshops tab at the top. Pre-natal Yoga class will begin on Thursday, May 3rd! (click for information) Our store We have many Fair Trade items from Serrv www.serrv.org at the studio: Divine Chocolates, Just Coffee, sustainably produced fair trade greeting cards, ceramics, etc. We also have soy candles, essential oils, incense, high-quality eco-friendly yoga mats from Jade, Yoga books, practice cards, DVD's, as well as gift certificates for Yoga classes or private lessons, Zumba or Massage!
