Move from Collapse to Calm Clarity

Using the science of calm to ground, breathe, move and mindfully regulate our nervous system, we'll work with tools to release body tension and a few old patterns.
We'll use balls, guided meditation, movements, sound and some hands on activities with the goal of leaving feeling more resilient, resourced and relaxed.
