Gentle | Room temp. 75˚-80˚
Great for beginners and those looking for a gentle practice. We'll introduce core alignments, wavelike spinal movements, and the principles of flow. In this gentle class, breath awareness is developed as strength and flexibility increase. Bolsters, blocks, and other props might be used to ensure safety and aide in alignment. Safe and effective modifications are offered so students can easily design their practice to meet his/her energy and accommodate his/her physical needs.

Gentle Yoga with Meditation | Room temp. 75˚-78˚
This class will begin with 30 minutes of a well-rounded gentle practice, savasana included, in order to properly prepare the body to sit or lie comfortably in meditation. We will transition with very basic breath work and 5 minutes of guided meditation followed by approximately 15-20 minutes of silent seated practice. Meditation provides so many healing benefits.
