This training will provide a solid foundation in yoga teaching and practice and WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Upon successful completion of the course, trainees are eligible to receive a 200 hour R.Y.T. designation from the internationally recognized organization, Yoga Alliance, and may desire to move into a profession of leading/guiding others through their yoga practice.
