Yoga Nidra and Sound with Tracey Eltringham, E-RYT 500

Join Tracey for a deep relaxation workshop. The workshop will begin with around 20 minutes of gentle movement and then a few moments will be set aside to come up with your specific intention/goal setting. Participants will then set up "cozy nests" which will be used for an extended period of time in savasana. During that time a guided nidra session and sound bath will be enjoyed. Various metal and crystal singing bowls, panda/tongue drum and a few other instruments will be used. The practice of yoga nidra is used to guide participants into a state of deep relaxation while still remaining conscious. It is like a salve to our often overstimulated central nervous system, and is considered a full system of yoga to assist you in connecting with inner peace and improving sleep. Some use it routinely to improve creativity and productivity as well. Come experience the benefits for yourself.

Reiki and Restorative Rest with Tracey

The concept is quite simple really. Set an intention, enjoy a variety of restorative yoga poses and relax and de-stress as you receive hands-on Reiki treatments. New to Reiki? Reiki is a practice originating in Japan, and the word itself translates to mean "Universal or spiritually guided life force energy." It is an open gateway to an unlimited supply of unconditional Love. Reiki allows us to tap into our clearest calmest Selves. It can never do harm, is gentle and noninvasive and yet it is also deeply healing. In this workshop, you will be led through a variety of restorative yoga poses while tracey provides Reiki as she feels led by intention and intuition. No prior experience in yoga or Reiki is required to attend. Be sure to drink plenty of water early in the day and after the workshop as your body clears old energy it no longer needs. Class is limited to 10 participants in order to ensure everyone receives adequate attention.

Yoga for Beginners

New to Yoga? This is a great place to start!

If you are new to Yoga or just looking for a refresher course in the basics, this is the series for you! In this six week series we will do gentle movements designed to get you more familiar with shapes/poses, while also building strength and confidence. We will learn how to modify shapes and movements to accommodate our bodies and abilites through the use of props and simple adjustments. Please register for all six classes.

You may purchase this as just a six week series or also use your regular class passes.
