Join Tracey after on the third Friday of the month to begin to develop your seated (meditation) practice. She will guide participants through a short asana practice to prepare the body for a guided meditation. After exploring various meditation techniques, Tracey will lead you through a restorative practice with a focus on breathing, relaxation exercises, and even deeper meditation.
Please bring a mat and a hand towel (or wash cloth), if you do not have an eye pillow. Wear warm, comfortable clothing. If you have your own meditation cushion or bench, please bring that as well.
