Join Alison for a journey into the power of mindfulness in a distracted world.
The toolkit- short, themed "tricks" to improved focus and awareness. Each participant will receive journal pages to put the tools to work as you are led through a few short guided meditations. Following the practices, there will be a discussion of how each person will take this practice out of the classroom and into daily life.
No prior knowledge of meditation required. Please dress comfortably.
