Teens, Tweens & Family Yoga
Mommy/Daddy and Me Yoga Play
Teaching yoga to kids offers a chance to nurture healthy bodies, minds, and spirits. The great news for the parent is that you'll receive the benefits of yoga as well and learn tools to use at home for you and your family. We'll use mindfulness activities, breathing, yoga poses, yoga games, partner yoga play, read-alouds, and relaxation as part of our weekly time together. We hope you'll join us for this enriching play time.
