This workshop is open to anyone new to meditation practice or those who are seasoned practitioners. Join Dr. Jean Hauser as she explores various meditative techniques, such as mindfulness-based meditation, yoga nidra, and walking meditation. Dress comfortably. We provide chairs for seated meditation. If you'd prefer to bring your own meditation cushion or mat, please feel free.
