We'll be dancing through sun salutations, trying out some partner poses, learning a sweet little Namaste song and more good stuff. E-mail patty at patio995@verizon.net to register. 7/26 thru 7/30	Ashtanga Immersion Series Ready to get serious about a regular practice? Are you interested in learning more about this amazing, and very physical, system of hatha yoga? Mon-Thur class will run from 6:30 am - 8:00 am with an optional theory session from 8:00-8:30 each day. Bring a notebook or journal each day if you plan to stay for the theory session. On Friday, July 30th the class will begin at 7 am and go til 9 am. There will be a light breakfast (optional) served at Twelve's at 9:00 am on Friday. Class cards may not be used for the series, however, your card will be extended by 5 days upon registration. Price: The cost is $70 for the series, or $75 for the series and the light breakfast. Please call as soon as possible to register or with any questions. Space will be limited to 12 participants.

7/27 & 8/3 7:00-8:30 pm	Yoga for Depression In this 2 class series, learn techniques to help lift the dark clouds and ease the burden of anxiety and depression. We will explore asanas (yoga poses), and pranayama (yogic breathing), that offer therapautic benefits. We will discuss the science behind these applications and work on creating a short practice to be done daily at home. Please bring a journal or notebook. This class will be limited to 10 participants, so please register as soon as possible if interested. Price: TBD
