Class Descriptions
MLA (Mixed Level Ashtanga) Ages 12 and up. Vigorous class! Primary series of modern-day ashtanga yoga followed by relaxation. Occasional introduction of 2nd series postures.
Gentle/Beginner & Gentle Great for beginners ages 10 and up! Breathwork, gentle stretching, restorative asanas, relaxation, and meditation.
MLV (Mixed level Vinyasa) A flowing class inspired each week by the needs of the students. Primary, secondary and occasional advanced series postures from modern-day ashtanga yoga are introduced, as well as postures from other styles
MLM (mixed level Mysore) Self-guided practice (Primary or Secondary series) with instructor assists. No time for a full practice? Come late or leave early by practicing a short form! Guidance will be provided to those unfamiliar with the series.
Gentle/Restorative Chair yoga, restorative postures with props and gentle standing asanas
Yoga for Athletes First and Second Series yoga postures. Designed to open hips, hamstrings, lower back and shoulders.
Mysore A self-directed practice (First and Second Series). Instructor assists available.
NIA An energetic mix of martial arts, dance and Yoga set to music. This class runs in 5 week cycles. Register with Erin Bobo @ 484-368-2706.
