Gentle/Restorative Room temperature 72-78
A very gentle practice with restorative postures and props. This class is ideal for anyone brand new to yoga and for anyone with physical limitations and or health issues. Approximately 30 minutes of gentle postures done from a chair or the floor, followed by restorative postures (passive stretching) utilizing various props such as blankets and bolster-type pillows. The class will end each week with a stress management technique such as yoga nidra, progressive muscle relaxation, body scanning, or meditation. GEL (Gentle Evolving Level) Room temperature 75-80

MLV (Mixed Level Vinyasa) Room temperature 78-82
A strong, flowing class inspired each week by the needs of the students. It will provide a challenge to all levels of experience. Primary, secondary and occasional advanced series postures from modern-day ashtanga yoga are introduced, as well as postures from other styles of yoga. This class is vigorous and is not recommended for anyone who is brand new to yoga. Click here to register.
MLA (Mixed Level Ashtanga) Room temperature 78-82
Ages 12 and up. Vigorous class! Primary series of modern-day ashtanga yoga followed by relaxation. Occasional introduction of 2nd series postures. Not recommended for anyone who is brand new to yoga. Click here to register.
Full Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Room temperature 78-82
Self-guided practiced of the complete primary series of ashtanga viyasa yoga. This 1-hour and 45 minute class has guidance, but very little instruction, as it is intended for those who know and regularly practice this system of yoga and are adept at synchronizing asana and pranayama. Self-guided practice (Primary or Secondary series) with instructor assists. No time for a full practice? Come late or leave early by practicing a short form! Yoga for EveryBODY Room temperature 75-80
This is a class with a focus on coming as you are. The vibe will be friendly and gentle with use of props as we feel led. A generous amount of kindness and appreciation for our bodies will be incorporated. Each individual will be encouraged and empowered to work honestly to meet his/her current needs. It will be highly adaptable and accessible to all. The class will include relaxation and mindfulness. Perfect for beginners, those feeling overwhelmed, anyone recovering from physical or emotional issues, and those who would benefit from a class that incorporates a lot of pose variations. All ages, shapes, and limitations are welcome. One of the class goals will be to foster a sense of community. Background music and singing bowls will be used.
