MLV (Mixed Level Vinyasa) Room temperature 78-82
A flowing class inspired each week by the needs of the students. Primary, secondary and occasional advanced series postures from modern-day ashtanga yoga are introduced, as well as postures from other styles of yoga. This class is vigorous and is not recommended for anyone who is brand new to yoga. Click here to register.
MLA (Mixed Level Ashtanga) Room temperature 78-82

Full Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Room temperature 78-82
Self-guided practiced of the complete primary series of ashtanga viyasa yoga. This 1-hour and 45 minute class has guidance, but very little instruction, as it is intended for those who know and regularly practice this system of yoga and are adept at synchronizing asana and pranayama. Rhythmic flows to static holds… an all-encompassing class for everyone. Season appropriate pranayama, asana, and meditation practices to bring balance within as the environment changes outside.
Yoga for EveryBODY Room temperature 75-80
This is a class with a focus on coming as you are. The vibe will be friendly and gentle with use of props as we feel led. A generous amount of kindness and appreciation for our bodies will be incorporated. Each individual will be encouraged and empowered to work honestly to meet his/her current needs. It will be highly adaptable and accessible to all. The class will include relaxation and mindfulness. Perfect for beginners, those feeling overwhelmed, anyone recovering from physical or emotional issues, and those who would benefit from a class that incorporates a lot of pose variations. All ages, shapes, and limitations are welcome. One of the class goals will be to foster a sense of community. Background music and singing bowls will be used.

TriYoga taught by Lisa Cypressi Room temperature 72-78
This class focuses on the Basics series from the school of TriYoga. This method combines flowing and sustained postures in union with the rhythmic breath and focused mind. This trinity practice is the unification of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and mudra (hand positioning). This class is a gentle foundation class for those new to TriYoga or new to a yoga practice in general.
